Who we are

Night Shift Bids is a trading name of Night Shift Bids. We are a company based in the United Kingdom, so UK data protection law applies to how we handle personal data. Contact us at hello@nightshiftbids.com.

What we collect

  • Contact details: your name, company, work email and contractor license number.
  • Project details: the plans link, project name, trade, due date and anything you tell us.
  • Order details: what you bought, when, and your billing name and address. Our payment provider handles your card. We never see your full card number.
  • Emails you send us and our replies.
  • Basic technical data our website needs to work, such as cookies that keep your cart during checkout. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Why we use it

  • To do the work you asked for and deliver it (our contract with you).
  • To take payment and keep the business records the law requires.
  • To reply to you and, if you are a business we think could use our service, to send a few short business emails. You can opt out at any time (our legitimate interests).

If we emailed you first

We found your business email from public sources, such as state contractor license records and your company website. Reply "unsubscribe" or "stop" and we will not email you again.

Who we share it with

  • The takeoff specialists and reviewers working on your bid, who sign a confidentiality agreement and may work outside the US or UK.
  • Service providers who run our website, email and payments, only so they can provide that service.
  • Authorities, if the law requires it.

We never sell or rent your personal data.

How long we keep it

  • Plan files: deleted 90 days after delivery.
  • Order and invoice records: 6 years, as UK tax rules require.
  • Outreach contacts who never became clients: up to 2 years, or sooner if you opt out.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Email hello@nightshiftbids.com. We reply within one month. If you are unhappy, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

We will update this page if anything changes, and show the new date at the top.
