No. We give you quantities. You add your own material prices, labor and margin. That keeps your numbers yours.

What plans can you work from?

PDF plan sets work best. Send a link to the files or the bid site. We tell you at once if anything is missing.

What if a count is wrong?

Tell us within 7 days and we fix it free. Always check the takeoff before you submit your bid, as you would with your own estimator.

Are my plans safe?
